Around the house and the farm

Our newly renovated farm is nestled between the orchards and vineyards at 560 metres above sea level. On quiet, sunny slopes it has spectacular views over Bolzano and the Dolomites.
The centre of Bolzano/Bozen is just 5 minutes (approx. 5 km) away, with all the advantages of a larger town.

Also San Genesio/Jenesien, Bolzano’s little sister (1,087m), with its village character can be reached in few minutes by car.

Salto/Salten, the 10km long, larch-lined plateau above the village of San Genesio/Jenesien is perfect for both gentle strolls and lengthy rambles. After an active day you’ll have no problem finding a quiet, secluded spot in our garden to wind down and relax.
Summer or winter: the Tollhof is always special!
